Twin Towers Place II is a tax-credit property. The tax-credit Program is not a subsidized housing program. Each resident is responsible for the full amount of the rent each month. The rental amount is based NOT on individual household income, but rather on pre-set income limits in the area.

Twin Towers Place is managed by St. Mary Development Corporation, a faith-based organization committed to providing housing for low-income seniors. The staff of St. Mary Development Corporation respect each resident and enhance his or her quality of life by providing supportive services in a community setting.
